By accessing our website, placing an order, or doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Provisions

Company Information: “Electronics India,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the manufacturer, supplier, and exporter located at 111, Industrial Area, Phase -2, Panchkula-134113, Haryana (India).
Clientele: Our products are primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions, including laboratories, educational institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and authorized dealers.
Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Products and Specifications

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and manuals are accurate, we do not warrant that the content is completely error-free.
Modifications: We reserve the right to alter product designs, specifications, or materials without prior notice to improve performance or comply with manufacturing standards.
Compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased instruments comply with the local regulations and standards of their respective country or facility.

Orders and Pricing

Quotations: All price quotes provided directly to clients or dealers are valid for a period of [Insert Number, e.g., 30] days unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping: For export orders, the buyer is responsible for obtaining any necessary import licenses and complying with their local import regulations.

Warranty and Support

Standard Warranty: Electronics India warrants its instruments to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 12 months] from the date of dispatch.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover consumables, glassware, physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or damage resulting from improper installation or power fluctuations.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders for standard products may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, subject to a cancellation fee. Custom-manufactured instruments cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective items covered under warranty or items sent in error. Prior written authorisation from Electronics India is required before returning any goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electronics India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product causing the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, product manuals, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Electronics India and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panchkula, Haryana, India
